How long can the flowers survive in my Unbunched box?

Our flowers are hydrated in their box, so can be kept without water and out of direct sunlight for up to six hours.

What’s the best way to arrange my flowers when I receive them?

Each week we’ll email you some cool tips on how to arrange your flowers and even give you some ideas on creative presentation techniques.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

First of all, why in Gladiolus name would you want to do that? We can only imagine you’ve scored a seat on Elon Musk’s first civilian mission to Mars, or that you’ve developed a super unfortunate and totally life threatening hayfever condition.

If either one of these sad scenarios applies to you, then you may absolutely cancel your subscription.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund any advance payments, so we require a week’s notice for weekly subscription cancellations and a fortnight for monthly arrangements.

I didn’t receive my flowers. What can I do?

Well, it’s clear that your neighbours have cottoned on to the fact that Unbunched is awesome. If you didn’t receive your flowers please contact us at and we’ll certainly get to the bottom of things.

How do I postpone my subscription?

Heading on holidays or away for work? No problems, you can postpone your subscription for as long as you like, cause we know you


  1. Log in your account
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Subscription on the left hand side
  4. Press the View button
  5. Click on the Postpone button next to actions.

Once you are ready to receive your subscription again follow the same instructions but press Reactivate

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Back from holidays or your work trip? No problems, you can reactivate your subscription by following the steps below:

  1. Log in your account
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Subscription on the left hand side
  4. Press the View button
  5. Click on the Reactivate button next to actions.

Pending on what day you reactivate, you will receive the delivery the following Thursday as normal.

Can I select when I receive my first subscription delivery?

You sure can, during checkout you get to select your delivery slot preference and first delivery date.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you move during your subscription you can change the address anytime online by following the steps below:

  1. Log in your account
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Subscription on the left hand side
  4. Press the View button
  5. Click on Change Address and enter your new address

Please ensure this is updated before Sunday at 10pm for the delivery the following Thursday.

How long will my flowers last?

On Thursdays we collect the goods with a mafia-style handshake from the grower.  Your box is packed and shipped the same day ensuring you have fresher than fresh blooms.

Every flower has varying vase life, so we provide an information card for each flower in your box. The information card provided not only has care instructions, fun ‘Did you know’ facts but an expected   ‘vase life’  for the flower.

For example:
Snap Dragons: 6-8 days
Ranunculus: up to 7 days

Not happy with the flowers!

We do our very best to ensure your flowers get to you in the very best condition. If there is anything you are unhappy with, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

What If I am not home when the box arrives?

If you haven’t made it by the time we arrive, we’re happy to leave a box near your door. Please ensure to add special delivery instructions when purchasing your subscription to assist the driver. Our driver will also SMS you when the delivery is made with a photo of the box at your door.

How do I know when the delivery has arrived?

The box will be delivered between 8am – 5pm. As soon as our driver drops your delivery you will receive an SMS and picture of the box at your door. We tend not to knock as we don’t want to disturb you.

What time will be subscription be delivered?

For maximum convenience we sms you once your box has arrived. If you want to be home for the delivery, we can let you know a 2hr delivery window. Just drop us a line for this extra information at

Do you deliver all year round?

We love delivering flowers but do need a little down time. So from Christmas to Australia Day all subscriptions are on hold. This means our last Thursday delivery for 2017 is 21st December and our first delivery for 2018 is Thursday 1st February.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

When you purchase your subscription, your first delivery will be charged at checkout and then each Monday prior to your next Thursday delivery.

How much is Shipping?

Good news is shipping is included in the cost of The Box.

Our Vases incur a shipping free of $11 per delivery, even if it is delivered with The Box.
